Your opportunity

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Associate at heart. If you love communication and negotiations, this is your opportunity to join our team.

Your role at a glimpse:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Develop the company growth strategy focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction
• Actively generate leads through email campaigns, participation in expositions etc. 
• Negotiate with prospective clients and promote the company services
• Prepare sales quotations and contracts ensuring compliance with law regulations
• Liaise with the project management team to kickstart new projects based on the agreed specs
• Liaise with the accounting team to ensure client payments are successfully processed upon project completion
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide sales reporting to the Management team (e.g win rate, year over year etc)

Being the perfect match
Bring along:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a relevant role
• BSc / MSc in Business Administration or equivalent from a Greek or foreign University or Institution
• Competency in communication with clients
• Market knowledge
• Interest in Information Technology
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in Greek & English, both written and oral

Nice to bring along:

• Proven sales track record
• Familiarity with CRM softwares
