Your opportunity

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist at heart. If you love communication and organization, this is your opportunity to join our team.

Your role at a glimpse:

• Develop and implement company human resource policies
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process (job descriptions, screening, interviews etc.)
• Conduct employee onboarding and organize training initiatives
• Support employees with HR-related topics (leaves, team communication etc.)
• Ensure employee satisfaction by understanding their needs and resolving issues promptly 
• Lead the employee appraisal process
• Liaise with the accounting department to define the compensation and benefit plans
• Provide HR reports and metrics to the management team (e.g. time to hire, employee turnover rate etc.)
• Ensure compliance with the labor law

Being the perfect match
Bring along:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a relevant role
• BSc / MSc in HRM or equivalent from a Greek or foreign University or Institution
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Understanding of human resources policies
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in Greek & English, both written and oral

Nice to bring along:

• Κnowledge of the labor law
• Familiarity with HR software platforms (Workable, Bamboo etc.)
